Mike More Miles

Review is long overdue, I brought in what I thought was a strange noise coming from my car, and even though it turned out not to be an actual problem, they took the time to ask careful questions, listen closely, and make sure I felt reassured. Everyone was patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate the way they treat people here, and it reminds me every time why I keep coming back to them. I highly recommend.

Mike More Miles in Elgin did a fantastic job on my daughter’s car. They took the time to listen to our concerns about the brakes, properly diagnosed the issue, and provided an effective solution. The difference in how the brakes feel is remarkable. We initially came to them for a second opinion after another mechanic failed to address the brake problem and instead focused on a different repair with a very high price tag. Mike More Miles not only identified the actual brake issue, but also found a suspension problem and provided a much more reasonable estimate. What impressed me most was that their quote included the suspension repair, brake repair, and a wheel alignment—services that were not all included in the first shop’s estimate. Even with the additional work included, their total came in several hundred dollars less than the other shop’s quote. It’s refreshing to find a shop that listens, diagnoses problems accurately, and provides honest, fair pricing. I highly recommend them. I’ve found my mechanic for life!

While our granddaughter was in college at Elgin this past year her 2019 Hyundai began making noises and not driving well. With our being in Texas and not familiar with the area I looked for the nearest place for her to take the car and that is how we came upon Mike More Miles. I was able to communicate with their courteous staff easily by telephone to find out what all was going on with her vehicle and trusted that they were honest with all I was hearing. They quoted a cost to fix everything up at a reasonable price considering all that was wrong with it. When we went to drive our granddaughter back home to Texas in her vehicle which was a 20+ hour drive I'm happy to say we had no problems whatsoever and the car drove like a new one!! So grateful that we ran across this company that she will now be able to trust for taking her car in for service any time she needs to over her next 2 years in college in that area and be able to do so knowing that they are trustworthy and do an excellent job! Thanks to all of you! Mike and Connie Huddleston

Extremely happy with the recent service I received from Mike Miles. Not only did they work with me on the repair, they completed the repair the same day and delivered my car to my home as I was unable to pick it up. Every time my mother and I visit, we always have a great experience. Very grateful for them!

I’ve been going to MIKE More Miles for the last 10-12 years and they’ve always treated me well, with great service at a reasonable price! If you want a team you can trust, this is the place. Today LaDarius and his team helped me out by reinstalling a plastic grill into my front bumper. They made sure all the clips were doing their job and sent me on my way! I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s difficult to find auto mechanics you can count on these days…so I’m glad these guys are close by! Highly recommend!
